Werribee Little Athletics President's Message

Members,

Werribee Little Athletics is run entirely by volunteers. A lot more effort, to run the centre, is required beyond what you see on a Saturday morning. A lot of effort is required for the planning and many other behind the scenes roles.

This is the opportunity for you to participate in running and setting the direction of your Little Athletics Centre. Consider nominating for a role on the Executive Committee or just come along to get an understanding of how it all works. There are many more, important, roles that are not part of the committee but are none the less very important. Coming to the AGM is a great start to being more involved in the centre.

If you don't want to take up any particular role, come along anyway and exercise your right to vote for the next president and Executive Committee.

Please refer to the position description for the committee roles and the Executive Committee Nomination Form. Please be careful to follow the instructions on this form. Note that nominations must be received by the Secretary.

Once again I encourage you all to participate, support and encourage the people putting their hand up to run Werribee Little Athletics Centre.
